How do I become a Youth Leader (under 18YO)?
To become a Youth Leader (under 18yo) you must…
be at least a freshman in high school (for the ECHO Program)
be at least a sophomore in high school (for the IGNITE Program)
be Confirmed (for the Confirmation Program)
have a high commitment level to attending all events and trainings.
have an attitude of servant leadership and Christ-centered joy!
Register & attend our mandatory leadership formation program (see flyer above)
How do I become a Youth MENTOR (18YO+)?
To become a Youth Mentor (18yo+) you must…
be 18 years or older (young adult/adult age range)
be Confirmed (for the Confirmation Program)
have a high commitment level to attending all events and trainings.
have an attitude of servant leadership and Christ-centered joy!

Some of our high school ministry crew attended DYR 2026 | Fearless!
At the Diocesan Retreat, they got to compete in Messy Games and were encouraged to bring their “mess” to God with courage & vulnerability.
ECHO Retreat 2026 (Illuminate) brought us closer to truly being the light of Christ!
